ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

What this workshop is — and isn't

Becoming Whole Again is a structured, educational workshop designed to help you find your footing after loss. We'll create space for you to reflect, orient yourself, and gain clarity around your next step — at your own pace, without pressure.

This is not therapy and it's not a support group. You will never be put on the spot or asked to share anything you're not ready to share. This is simply a calm, guided space for you to begin.

"You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to begin."

IS THIS FOR YOU?

This workshop is for you if...

  •  You've experienced loss and feel unsure how to move forward
  •  You're functioning on the outside but feel disconnected inside
  •  You want clarity and direction without being pushed or fixed
  •  You're ready to reflect, but not ready for therapy
  •  You want to be in a room with women who truly understand

 WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

  •  Greater clarity around your next step after loss
  •  A simple framework for rebuilding your identity and confidence
  •  Relief from feeling stuck or overwhelmed
  •  Insight into what kind of support makes sense for you next
  • Connection with other women walking a similar road
